About the Summit Diner

The Summit Diner has been family-owned and operated since 1928. We serve classic diner food, prepared on-premises, using traditional recipes perfected over the past 60 years. Across from the Summit train station, our original railroad car diner has been serving customers since 1939. Come visit us and enjoy a dining experience you will cherish for years to come!

Monday - Saturday / 5:30AM - 4PM

Sunday / 6:30AM - 3PM

(Cooking stops 1/2 hour before closing.)

(FYI, we are closed on Christmas, but open on all other holidays.)
